RETURN/ REFUND POLICY:

We offer returns within 7 days of purchase only in cases of defective or damaged items.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Approved returns will be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
• Refunds are not permitted.

Non-returnable items include:

• Used, altered, or damaged items (not due to our fault)
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Items marked as non-returnable or final sale

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Returns requested beyond the allowed period will not be accepted.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

For cancellations, customers must contact customer service directly during working hours. Email requests alone may not be processed in time.
